Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support both office and unionized manufacturing operations. This role is highly hands‑on and requires a strong relationship‑builder who can work closely with employees on the floor while partnering with leadership on HR strategy and day‑to‑day operations.

This individual will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting a unionized workforce.
