Job Description
Under the supervision of the Human Resources and Health & Safety Manager, the Human Resources Advisor supports all activities related to HR management, primarily in the staffing process. This role contributes to attracting, selecting, and onboarding talent while participating in various strategic HR projects.
Attraction, Recruitment, and Retention
- Participate in developing attraction and acquisition strategies to strengthen the employer brand.
- Draft and publish job postings on various platforms.
- Receive and screen applications.
- Conduct initial phone interviews.
- Schedule and participate in interviews with supervisors.
- Perform reference checks.
- Finalize hiring and prepare employment contracts.
- Implement and develop the onboarding plan.
