Are you a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mixed workforce environment? We are looking for a resilient, detail-oriented HR Advisor to join our clients HR team on a 12 month parental-leave contract. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is perfect for an Advisor who loves variety in their day.
Key Responsibilities:
- ER & IR Support: Provide sound advice on EA interpretations and general employee relations within a logistics and warehouse setting.
- Operational Excellence: Manage the end-to-end HR lifecycle from processing business cases to raising requisitions.
- On-Site Presence: Travel to various sites (across Western Sydney) to maintain a visible HR presence with the frontline workforce.
- Systems Management: Utilise HRIS to maintain clean data and smooth workflows.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a wider People team, including specialists in Talent Acquisition and dedicated Business Partners.
