Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities while providing Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) support and contribute to HR-related projects as may be required.

Recruitment & Workforce Planning

  • Support end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
  • Prepare job advertisements, shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and conduct reference checks.
  • Manage pre-employment processes including medicals, background checks, and onboarding.
  • Support mobilisation and demobilisation planning for project-based employees.

HR Advisory & Employee Relations
