Heritage Co-op is hiring a Human Resources Advisor . With a strong and growing presence across southwestern Manitoba , we’re excited to offer this opportunity based out of our Administration Office in Minnedosa, MB.
What you’ll do:
The Human Resources Advisor provides guidance and support across all functional areas of HR, including employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, and organizational development. This role will support front-end employees through to our Executive Leadership Team to enhance the HR capability within Heritage Co-op.
Key Job Responsibilities Include:
- Provide frontline support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
