Job Description

As a strategic Human Resources Advisor, you will align human resources strategies with the organization's vision and strategic priorities. You will lead and support the execution of HR programs including employee relations, employee engagement, total rewards, talent acquisition and employee retention; serve as a coach to people leaders; and provide advice and support to people leaders and staff on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage talent acquisition for your client group with a hands‑on approach. Scan recruitment processes through an EDI lens, providing advice and guidance to hiring managers as required, proactively make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on employee relations and conflict resolution, escalating when necessary.
