Human Resources Advisor

The HR Advisor at our site in Willand, Nr Exeter will play a key role in supporting managers, the HR function and employees by providing expert guidance across a wide range of Human Resources activities. The role focuses on employee relations, policy implementation and ensuring compliance with current employment legislation. To roll out an Engagement plan, and many generalist HR activities. The HR Advisor works closely with stakeholders to promote best practice, maintain a positive workplace culture and contribute to the site's people strategies, working within a friendly, transparent team.

• To compile, communicate and improve site KPI’s (Absence, Attrition, Turnover etc) 
• Performance Management experience including talent mapping and Succession Planning
