About the Role
Provides relevant and appropriate HR advice and support to all employees in assigned client groups while promoting best practices and ensuring compliance with all company procedures, policies, and applicable legislation.Supports managers in areas of recruitment, retention, talent management, engagement, employee relations, and training and development.Works collaboratively with team members on various HR projects.Delivers HR services and provides expertise to clients, resulting in a seamless point of contact and ensuring successful integration of corporate HR initiatives.
