In this role, you will facilitate talent acquisition for various positions, including management. Support onboarding processes to ensure clear understanding of roles and responsibilities among new team members. Collaborate with the HR Manager to handle collective agreements and labor laws, while generating reports for the Senior Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate talent acquisition for management and non-management roles
• Support onboarding and integration for new team members
• Assist in interpreting collective agreements and labor laws
• Generate reports for HR Manager and leadership
• Coach team leaders on talent management practices
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources required
• Previous HR and Co-op retail experience preferred
