The People team seeks a full-time Human Resources Administrator (HRA), to join our Human Resources (HR) Transactions team in a shared effort to provide the best customer experience to our faculty and staff. The DOM Human Resources unit oversees day-to-day HR services for over 1,900 employees in 16 divisions and a central operations group. We are the first line of contact for employees, supervisors, and leadership within our department. Our HR team is committed to building a culture of improvement, integrity, inclusivity, and community.
