Job Description

Working closely with the US based HR & Admin team to involve primarily in data management and admin support tasks the following:

  • Training & Development: Assess training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate employee master data for HR records.
  • Reporting: Prepare presentations and monthly reports using Advanced Excel.
  • Compliance: Manage CPE Certificate approvals for the team.
  • Leadership Support: Lead tasks assigned by managers and department heads.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with process heads to understand requirements and develop effective HR strategies.
