Job Description

The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and payroll coordination. This role ensures smooth implementation of HR processes and compliance with company policies while enhancing employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate end-to-end onboarding processes, including employee record creation and position setup in Workday, particularly during system contingencies (SAP unavailability)
  • Coordinate payroll bank account updates, and employee documentation.
  • Manage logistics for employee onboarding, including ID issuance, SIM card requests, and other e-service tickets relevant to onboarding of new hire.
  • Maintain and update Workday details and employee job records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
