JOB SUMMARY
The HR Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with company policies and local law. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate associate records, assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, learning and development and supporting associate wellness initiatives.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Tertiary qualification in human resources
- 1 Year HR related experience
- Good understanding of South African labour legislation (i.e. LRA,BCEA,EEA,SDA)
- Strong planning, organizing and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages essential
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication and email etiquette
- People oriented and results driven
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
