Human Resources AdministratorOrganizes the training programs, meetings and seminars with necessary logistics and within the calendar whilerespecting all the deadlines. Organizes occasionally the Entity’s events (seminars, team buildings, etc.) and support any improvement initiatives. Support the entity leader with data/presentations/reports necessary to his/her activity within the deadlines and with a critical eye. Provide administrative support while coordinating with food suppliers, external parties, etc. Suggests evolutions to the Manager (tools , organization, etc.). Ensures the permanent relay of information between the site leader and his team. Manages complementary assigned missions independently (ex. EP correspondent, dashboards, etc.).
