Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR & Admin Officer. The position involves managing day-to-day human resource operations, administrative functions, and ensuring smooth office operations. The HR & Admin Officer will act as a key support function for employees and management, handling recruitment, employee records, policies, attendance, and compliance with company procedures.
The role also includes coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining documentation, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring a professional and organized workplace environment.
Experience: 2 to 3 Years
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: PKR 70K - 80K (based on experience)
Qualification and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles
