Role Overview: 

We are looking for an organized and proactive Human Resources Executive (HR & Admin) to handle core HR operations along with administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth office functioning. The role focuses on employee lifecycle management, HR coordination support, and efficient office administration. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Human Resources:

  • Support recruitment activities such as coordinating interviews, scheduling candidates, and assisting with hiring documentation. 
  • Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities. 
  • Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation. 
  • Handle attendance tracking and leave management. 
  • Support performance appraisal and confirmation processes. 
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
