Human Resources & Administration Executive

HR Systems Management: Manage HRIS/payroll systems, leave, improve HR processes through automation, and ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee data.

Workforce Planning & Analytics: Monitor manpower costs and headcount planning when coordinating with the Head of Department, managetherecruitmentprocess, fromjobposting toonboarding prepare HR reports on turnover, absenteeism, and productivity, and support cost optimization initiatives.

Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, disputes, and counselling with fairness and confidentiality, conducting domestic inquiries and disciplinary actions when necessary. Implement and manage KPI and appraisal systems, performance evaluation.
