We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative and recruitment activities. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions while learning directly from HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies and screening CVs
• Support interview scheduling and candidate communication
• Maintain and update employee and applicant records
• Assist with onboarding and documentation of new hires
• Provide administrative support to the HR team
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
• Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Basic understanding of HR principles and recruitment processes
