Qualifications:

Education:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field

· Registered Psychometrician is an advantage

Knowledge:

· Knowledge of labor relations, employee engagement, and HR functions

· Understanding of company policies, procedures, and labor laws

· Basic awareness level of labour law knowledge is required

Experience:

· 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in employee relations or labor management

· Manufacturing industry experience is preferred for this HR role

Skills:

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally
