Job Description
- Assist in daily human resource operations and administrative tasks
- Support recruitment activities, including posting vacancies and coordinating interviews
- Assist in employee onboarding and orientation
- Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR records
- Handle timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and payroll-related documents
- Assist in processing government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Support employee relations by addressing basic concerns and preparing documentation
- Assist in implementing HR policies and company rules
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company procedures
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
