Job Description

  • Assist in daily human resource operations and administrative tasks
  • Support recruitment activities, including posting vacancies and coordinating interviews
  • Assist in employee onboarding and orientation
  • Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR records
  • Handle timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and payroll-related documents
  • Assist in processing government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Support employee relations by addressing basic concerns and preparing documentation
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and company rules
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company procedures
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
