To support our expanding operations, we are looking for a dedicated HR Specialist (Onsite) to manage recruitment and internal HR functions from our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and procedures
  • Handle employee relations, attendance, and performance management
  • Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and personnel files
