Responsibilities
  • Updating of workers’ profile in the OPENSOFT HRMS system.
  • Updating of employees leave application records through our HRMS system.
  • Preparation & processing of payroll.
  • All paperwork’s, application, renewal of works permits from the said department.
  • Application of relevant courses for employees.
  • Recruitment and Selection—job posting in various job portals and conduct interview.
  • Preparation of Letter of Appointment for new hire and Orientation.
  • Submission of claims for Government schemes, such as Profamily leave scheme.
  • Submission of IRAS returns such as IR21 and IR8E.
  • Executing the employee's annual review procedures or Performance Appraisal.
  • Update Employee Handbook as and when required.
  • Provide general support for all HR activities and events.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
