  • Requisition management & Coordination with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
    Formulating JD & analyzing job requirements.
  • Sourcing of potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
  • Management & introduction of talent pool bank for all unique positions, Assist Line Manager with Finding and maintaining sourcing partners.
  • Assisting Line manager to requisition management & Coordination with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, assisting line manager to manage Applicant Tracking System.
