- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs at the group level.
- Departmental manpower planning and budgeting.
- Requisition management & coordination with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Formulating JD & analyzing job requirements.
- Sourcing of potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
- Management & introduction of talent pool bank for all unique positions, assist line manager with finding and maintaining sourcing partners.
- Assisting line manager to requisition management & coordination with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, assisting line manager to manage Applicant Tracking System.
