Job Description

Primarily involves supporting the HR department's functions, which include recruitment, employee onboarding, training, and maintaining employee records. Assists in ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing compensation and benefits, and contributing to a positive and healthy work environment.

The HR Assistant is also responsible for assisting in the company's financial activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, employee tax compliance, and adherence to government regulatory requirements, including the checking and preparation of payroll, time records, and other related documents.

The position requires a physically and mentally fit individual, in good health, and free from any medical condition that may affect work performance

An additional allowance is available for applicants with a minimum of three years of experience.
