Job Description
Requirements: - Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 10+ years' HR Generalist experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Professional registration with the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP) will be advantageous.
- Proven experience managing Sage VIP Payroll and Premier HR.
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices.
- Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent report-writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience within the Civil Engineering, Consulting Engineering, or Construction environment will be advantageous Key Responsibilities: - Human Resources Leadership - Lead and manage the full HR function across the organisation.
