Job Description

Location: South Tangerang
The role will manage the company’s human resources, employee relations, and general affairs functions.
 

Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding for office and project-site employees.
Oversee performance management, employee development, and training.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts.
Manage payroll, compensation and benefits, attendance, and BPJS.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian employment regulations.
Supervise office facilities, security, cleanliness, operational vehicles, and other general affairs activities.
Develop employee engagement initiatives and provide regular HR reports to management.
