Job Description

The HR Manager will oversee wide range of human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations. This role requires strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and HR systems, as well as proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Excel.
Duties to Be Performed:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Coordinate with hiring managers on manpower requirements and selection decisions
Employee Relations & Communication
Address employee queries and manage workplace grievances
Facilitate effective communication between employees and management
Support positive employee relations and resolve workplace issues in a timely manner
