Job Summary:
We are seeking an HR manager for a fast-paced inbound customer environment. The role involves recruitment (through indeed, linkedIn, facebook paid ads and other sources), employee relations, HR operations, and performance support to ensure smooth workforce management and low attrition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage hiring, interviews, onboarding, and orientation
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records
  • Support performance management and KPIs with operations teams
  • Coordinate payroll, incentives, and compliance
  • Implement HR policies and engagement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business, or related field
  • 2–5 years call center/BPO experience would be preferred (HR or Sales)
