About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Lead to manage end-to-end HR operations for our Jaipur office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and creating a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles.
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and manage interview processes.
Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and campus hiring.
Manage onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
Handle offboarding, exit interviews, and full & final settlement coordination.
Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives.
