We are seeking a high-energy Learning & Development (L&D) Executive to champion our growth and engagement initiatives. This role is a blend of coordination and hands-on execution, focusing on the end-to-end training lifecycle, vendor management, and creating a vibrant company culture through employee events and monthly communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and support training and onboarding programs
- Carrying out Training need assessments across the organization.
- Manage all training data, records, and reporting using MS Excel to track ROI and participation.
- Assist in organizing internal flagship events, workshops, and learning activities
- Lead the onboarding process to ensure every new hire has a smooth first-day experience.
