Job Description

We are looking for a proactive HR & Admin Executive to manage core HR and administrative operations, including payroll, employee lifecycle management, vendor coordination, and compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly payroll, bonuses, OT, TADA, and Full & Final (FNF) settlements
  • Handle system-based hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
  • Coordinate with internal teams on HR and payroll matters
  • Manage EOBI registrations and statutory documentation
  • Administer health and life insurance (additions, deletions, claims)
  • Draft and issue HR letters (appointment, warning, show-cause, termination, etc.)
  • Handle employee misconduct cases as per labor laws and company policy
  • Maintain HR files, reports, and support audits and compliance
