Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Support the HR team in identifying suitable candidates for technical and corporate roles.
• Use LinkedIn and other platforms to search, engage, and communicate with potential candidates under supervision.
• Assist in using AI-based tools to support candidate sourcing, screening, and basic HR tasks.
• Help maintain HR records, employee files, and databases in HR management systems.
• Provide support in onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions.
• Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, certificates, and internal policies.
