Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Linguistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- JLPT N2 or N1 certification preferred.
- At least 1–3 years experience as Japanese interpreter (HR or manufacturing environment preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpretation & Translation
- Provide real-time interpretation during meetings between Japanese managers and local staff.
- Translate HR documents (policies, contracts, memos, training materials).
- Interpret during disciplinary meetings, interviews, and performance evaluations.
- Support communication during audits and compliance reviews.
