1. HR Generalist activities involving end to end HR Operations from Joining to Exit

2. Payroll Management.

3. Employee Grievance handling

4. People Management.

5. Policy reviews and implementation

6. HRMS- Implementation and reports

7. MIS

8. Employee Engagement activities: including creating Best Place to work; Employee productivity management

Preferred candidate profile

1. Proven experience of working in 500+ people company

2. Handling HR Generalist activities

3. Technical understanding of HR/ Labour / IR concepts.

4. Employee Management experience.
