We are looking for an HR Generalist with experience in the BFSI, NBFC, or Broking industry to manage a mix of Talent Acquisition (70%) and HR Business Partnering (30%). The role involves end-to-end recruitment for business functions, partnering with stakeholders to understand hiring needs, driving employee engagement initiatives, supporting performance management, and ensuring smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, a good understanding of HR practices, and relevant industry experience.
Candidates from recruitment consultancies will not be considered.
