We’re looking for a HR Executive with hands-on experience who enjoys building culture, strengthening processes, and supporting creative teams as they grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume shortlisting, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Drive seamless onboarding and induction experiences for new joiners.
• Maintain and update candidate and hiring data on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Employee Engagement and Culture

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
