Job Description

Job Summary
The HR Executive supports daily HR operations, focusing on recruitment, employee benefits, payroll, HR records maintenance, training coordination, appraisal administration, and general HR administration. This role works closely with the HR Manager to ensure the smooth execution of all HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, payroll preparation, overtime, training coordination, employee inquiries and maintenance of employee records.
  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment activities including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination and offer preparation.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and onboarding documents.
  • Support payroll preparation by verifying attendance, leave, overtime and claims.
  • Handle statutory submissions and administration (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF).
