Human Resource Executive

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Knowledge of Performance Management systems and processes.
• Familiarity with HR Policies and Procedures and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Strong understanding of Human Resources Management principles and best practices.
• Experience in Training and Development, including needs assessment and program implementation.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (written and verbal).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
