• Process Incident Reports, issue Notices to Explain, and analyze employee responses


• Conduct investigations, prepare administrative investigation reports, and lead case conferences for disciplinary matters.


• Prepare and distribute disciplinary actions, reprimand letters, or notices of acquittal based on evidence


• Conduct Gemba Walks to ensure compliance with Company Rules and Regulations
