Human Resource Development Instructor, Part-Time

Description

Adjunct faculty members provide instruction in assigned courses on a part-time, as needed basis. Current need is for Day and Evening Instructors Needed (Catawba and Alexander locations/counties)

Part-time faculty postings are a part of Catawba Valley Community College's efforts to expand our pool of adjunct instructors. Applications from qualified applicants will be kept on file and may be contacted at a later date. 

Examples of Duties

Provide effective career readiness instruction to adult students by preparing for each learning experience & using effective evaluation methods to measure student performance.

Present and administer learning programs for HRD.

Emphasis placed on knowledge of basic computer skills as they relate to employment (completing online job applications, preparing a resume, attaching a resume to an email, searching for a job online, etc.)
