Qualifications

Graduate of a 4‑year Bachelor’s Degree (Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field)

Experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, Account Manager, or Workforce Management professional.

Background in IT, outsourcing, consulting, or staff augmentation environments is highly preferred.

Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.

Knowledge of performance management, workforce movements, employee support, and HR processes.

Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
