Responsibilities
:
Act as the primary contact person for all staff levels regarding HR issues, providing guidance and support. Oversee all HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with business goals.Handle the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring of qualified candidates.Execute and enhance performance management processes.Provide HR advice and support to the business on strategic view, HR operations and procedures.Advise Business Units on resolving HR related problems, offering strategic and practical solutions.
