Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or any related behavioral science course.
- Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, with strong focus on employee relations and HR operations.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws, case handling disciplinary processes, manpower planning, and employee separation.
- Experience managing employee councils or similar consultative bodies is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in interpreting employee separation data, trends, and HR metrics.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
