The Human Resources Business Partner is the primary HR advisor and first point of contact for site leadership and employees. The role provides strategic and operational HR support to enable the achievement of business objectives through talent management, performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning. The Human Resources Business Partner works closely with specialist HR teams to deliver effective people solutions while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
