**Amentum is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner with an active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance to join our team in Northern, VA! As an HRBP, you will act as a partner and consultant to the business.**

**Acts as an initial employee/manager point of contact for, and performs routine tasks related to the administration, execution, and tracking of human resource activities including but not limited to staffing, compensation, leave, recognition and morale, training and development, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, and manager coaching.**
**Facilitates communication between union representatives and management: Serve as a liaison to ensure both parties understand and adhere to the terms of the union contract. This includes mediating discussions, addressing concerns, and fostering constructive dialogue to maintain a positive working relationship.**
