Owns the end-to-end administrative process from onboarding (contracts, profile creation) to movements (promotions, transfers) and offboarding. - HRIS & Data Integrity:
Acts as the primary gatekeeper for HR master data, specifically using

and ERP systems to ensure high-quality data, reporting, and digital document management (DocuSign). - Recruitment Support:
Facilitates back-end Talent Acquisition tasks, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and conducting reference checks. - Benefits & Compliance Admin:
Manages time registration, travel expenses, leave administration, and the archiving of personnel records to meet audit and SOP standards. - Process Improvement:
