  • Full Employee Lifecycle Management:
    Owns the end-to-end administrative process from onboarding (contracts, profile creation) to movements (promotions, transfers) and offboarding.
  • HRIS & Data Integrity:
    Acts as the primary gatekeeper for HR master data, specifically using
    Workday
    and ERP systems to ensure high-quality data, reporting, and digital document management (DocuSign).
  • Recruitment Support:
    Facilitates back-end Talent Acquisition tasks, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and conducting reference checks.
  • Benefits & Compliance Admin:
    Manages time registration, travel expenses, leave administration, and the archiving of personnel records to meet audit and SOP standards.
  • Process Improvement:
    Proactively identifies gaps in HR practices to streamline workflows and maintains the electronic filing structure for training and competency files.
