Support and enhance the employee experience by efficiently managing HR processes, recruitment, and onboarding, while contributing to a productive and engaged workforce.

Accountabilities:

  • Internal Recruitment: Sourcing and Pooling
  • Internal Onboarding: Internal 201 Filing; EOS Essay Champion
  • Internal recruitment process improvements
  • HMO Billing
  • Conference Room Reservations
  • Off-boarding Exit Interview

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Knowledge or interest in recruitment, onboarding, and HR processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office and eager to learn HR tools.
  • Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and ready to improve processes.
