Job Purpose

This position will play a key role in delivering impactful employee training programs and supporting core HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about employee development and engagement.

Key Accountabilities

Learning & Development:

  • Collaborate with Senior L&D staff and Subject Matter Experts to design and implement training programs
  • Coordinate with external training providers, including cost estimates and logistical arrangements
  • Create and manage communication materials for L&D initiatives (e.g., LIAM updates, monthly recaps, service awards, birthday greetings, PH and AU holiday announcements)
  • Facilitate onboarding activities, including preparation of welcome kits, scheduling orientation sessions, and administering post-orientation evaluations and announcements
