Job Scope:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, files and reports, including responsibility for maintaining personnel records
  • Recruit, screen, interview, hire and dismiss employees as necessary, following all HR processes and procedures
  • Creating strategic HR plans
  • Administering compensation and benefits programs
  • Acting as a liaison between upper management and employees
  • Supporting the performance review process
  • Resolving conflict among employees
  • Ensuring compliance with local, state and federal employment laws
  • Forecasting future staffing needs

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Psychology or Human Resources Management
  • At least with 6months to 1 year of working experience is required for this position.
